Power Toast

Ingredients
- Food For Life® Ezekiel 4:9® Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
- Coconut Oil
- Cinnamon
- Avocado
- Banana
- Nuts
- Honey
Directions
Lightly toast the bread, then layer all other ingredients in the order written. EAT and ENJOY! I call it my "POWER TOAST" which I have for breakfast. One piece of Power Toast for breakfast is all I need to keep me satisfied till 1:00 pm.
Notes: I have shared this simple recipe with many of my friends and family. Those that simply eat "Right" and those trying to lose a few pounds.
