- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Honey to taste
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- Ezekiel 4:9® Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal, Cinnamon Raisin (to preference)
Directions
Mix greek yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Top with cereal for a healthy and nutritious breakfast.
