Valentine's Day Granola Snack Mix

Ingredients 
  • 3 cups of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Low Sodium Cereal  
  • 1 cup of cashews 
  • ¾ cup of dried cranberries 
  • 1 cup of freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries 
  • ¾ cup of red and pink chocolate M&Ms 
  • ½ cup of mini white chocolate chips 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract 
  • ½ cup of maple syrup 
  • ½ cup of coconut oil, melted 
Directions 

Preheat oven to 325°F. 

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together 3 cups of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Low Sodium Crunchy Cereal, 1 cup of cashews. ½ cup of coconut oil, ½ cup of maple syrup, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Mix well, then spread granola out on a large baking sheet.

Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown, about 45 minutes.

Let cool completely. Set aside until time for assembly.

In a large bowl, stir together the cooled granola, ¾ cup of dried cranberries, 1 cup of freeze-dried berries, ½ cup of white chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup of red and pink M&Ms.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
