Raw Key Lime Pie Bars

Base
1 cup Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Cereal
¼ cup raw almonds
3 dates
7 tbsp water
Filling
1 cup raw cashews
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 2 limes
½ 14 oz block extra firm tofu
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1. Blend all ingredients for the base together in a blender/food processor (except water) until a fine crumble is formed. Then, pour water in, and blend until smooth.
2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread the base mixture on the bottom.
3. Blend all the ingredients for the filling together in a blender. Once smooth, spread evenly on top of base mixture. Sprinkle more lime zest and lime slices on top if desired, and freeze 2 hours.
4. Cut into six squares and enjoy! Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer for later.
